48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $45 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize Pure Therapy to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file, at management’s discretion.
